I overpaid at the Payment Machines at QAH Portsmouth, how do I get a refund?

Please be advised that PCPEA do not operate the parking payment machines in the multi-storey car parks at QAH.


If the machines are offering a higher payment than the parking session you have just used, it is likely using the wrong session data. Double check your registration and the Session Start and End Dates it is basing the tariff on. If it is incorrect, you can edit the times using the payment machine menu. Please be aware that if you understate your session and you stayed longer than you pay for you will receive a PCN for underpayment.


If you have been overcharged, you can contact payments@parkingenforcementagency.org and we will investigate a refund of your overpayment.
